Python Developer (AI & GenAI focus)

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer specializing in AI and Generative AI. This role is designed for a technical "builder" who thrives in the space between experimental Proof of Concepts and production-level implementation.

Working directly with the Lead Architect, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-stakes AI solutions, writing robust Python code for LLM integration, and presenting innovative architectural designs to key stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role within an organization currently undergoing a significant AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Lead the development of Python-based AI solutions, moving fluidly from initial POC stages to near-production level code.
• Architectural Strategy: Support the Lead Architect in designing scalable solutions, focusing on process orchestration and fast-paced testing.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements and present technical milestones to stakeholders, demonstrating the feasibility and value of experimental AI models.
• Advanced Orchestration: Define and implement robust architectures for distributed systems, ensuring reliability in complex, regulated environments.
• Ownership & Delivery: Take independent ownership of specific project modules, from technical discovery to final delivery.

• Senior Python Expertise: 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and data analysis.

• Generative AI & LLM: Proven hands-on experience with:

  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and Vector Databases.

  • Prompt Engineering and framework mastery (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

  • Deep understanding of how LLMs function under the hood.

• Infrastructure & Environment: Solid experience with Linux and Cloud platforms
