Senior Manager-Safety & Environmental

The Senior Manager – Switchgear Safety and Environmental is responsible for leading the execution of safety and environmental programs across S&C’s Switchgear Value Stream operations. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and corporate requirements while fostering a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainability. The Senior Manager builds and sustains a high-performing Safety and Environmental team, driving continuous improvement through strategic leadership, collaboration, and innovation. Success in this role requires the ability to lead change, engage team members at all levels, and deliver measurable improvements in safety performance, environmental impact, and operational excellence. This position is accountable for addressing complex safety and environmental challenges by strengthening systems, learning from operations, and enabling conditions for success, while reinforcing a “Safety First” mindset and “Respect for People” behaviors that advance
