Job Description Summary:
The Manager, KVC/KISS Stays Operations & Hospitality is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operational readiness, presentation, hospitality standards, and overall guest experience of KISS Vision Center (KVC) and KISS Stays.This role serves as the primary onsite operational leader supporting accommodations, executive visits, corporate events, and retreat programs while overseeing facility presentation, housekeeping operations, caretaker activities, and property enhancement initiatives.
The position works closely with reservation coordinators, event planners, culinary teams, vendors, and property management partners to ensure KVC consistently delivers an exceptional hospitality experience for employees, executives, and guests.
Job Description:
Facility & Property Operations
- Oversee daily operations of KISS Vision Center and KISS Stay facilities.
- Ensure all guest rooms, meeting spaces, common areas, and outdoor spaces remain operationally ready.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and facility improvement projects.
- Partner with Property Management and external vendors on repairs and upkeep.
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-focused environment.
- Ensure accommodations and common spaces consistently meet company standards.
- Support executive visits, VIP guests, and business travelers.
- Resolve operational issues impacting guest comfort and experience.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Housekeeping & Caretaker Management
- Directly supervise onsite housekeeping personnel and KVC caretaker staff.
- Establish cleaning schedules and facility inspection routines.
- Monitor work quality and operational performance.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to company standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and daily direction to onsite support staff.
Event & Retreat Operational Support
- Support internal event and reservation teams by ensuring facilities are prepared and operationally ready.
- Coordinate room setups, furniture layouts, equipment readiness, and event logistics.
- Assist with workshops, leadership retreats, executive functions, employee programs, and special events.
- Provide onsite operational leadership during major events.
Property Design, Presentation & Enhancement
- Maintain the overall aesthetic presentation of KVC and KISS Stay properties.
- Coordinate seasonal décor, styling updates, artwork placement, and visual enhancements.
- Recommend and implement improvements to guest rooms, meeting areas, and common spaces.
- Support furniture selection, space planning, and hospitality-focused design initiatives.
Renovation & Improvement Projects
- Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, and facility enhancement projects.
- Work with contractors, vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with selecting finishes, furnishings, décor, and hospitality elements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Vendor Management
- Manage facility-related vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, rental, and hospitality vendors.
- Monitor service quality and vendor performance.
- Maintain operational records and vendor documentation.

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD AnnualActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
