Job Description
- Actively participate in quality system applications implementation, upgrades or improvement project
- Clean-up quality master data
- Ensure quality throughout the process. Data entry accuracy.
- Complete the volume of work required to achieve group/departmental/project goals to meet deadlines
- Communicate the status of operations and bring deviations to the attention of supervisor
- Accurately perform procedure and tasks independently
- In compliance with change control procedures, improve processes through application of scientific knowledge, experience and principles
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Requires a degree (e.g. pharmacist, chemist, engineer, computer science)
- Requires professional experience (approximately 2-3 years as a guide)
- Requires knowledge and experience in QA/QM and other industrial Standards (e.g. ISO, cGMP, or other)
- Ability to act as a mentor to co-workers; act as a proven agent of change
- Requires extensive experience with eQA tools and processes.
- SAP experience (QM specifically) preferred
- Requires knowledge/experience with Microsoft Excel
- Computer skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills, oral and written
- The ability to function in a fast-paced technical environment and communicate effectively is essential to success
