As the Youth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: 

  • Provide proper personal care, scheduling and supervision to ensure the health, welfare and safety of clients and, if appropriate, their children.
  • Plan and implement a well-balanced residential program of formal and informal group living experiences with the residents.
  • Work as a member of the residential staff to ensure continuity of residential care.
  • Implement house rules and program policies with clients.
  • Assess residents’ overall participation and adjustment in the residential program.

 

Youth Specialist Minimum Pay Rate: $17.00

 

Youth Specialist Maximum Pay Rate: $21.00

 

Youth Specialist Schedule: Evening Shift --- Mon - Fri 3:30PM - 11:30PM with alternating weekends

                               Overnight shift --- Tues - Sat 11:30PM - 7:30AM


Qualifications: 

  •  High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in related field, 1-3 years preferred
