
Digital Marketing Intern
Job Description
We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Intern to work directly with the North American Marketing Manager on real campaigns, analytics, and sales enablement initiatives—helping drive measurable business results. This is a part-time position, 10-15 hours per week, with a mostly flexible schedule.
If you’re interested in data-driven marketing, AI tools, and process improvement, this role gives you hands-on experience from day one.
You’ll Assist With:
Campaign Execution
Build and launch email and LinkedIn campaigns
Support targeting, segmentation, and performance tracking
Help improve campaign performance over time
Analytics & Reporting
Track key KPIs (open rates, CTR, engagement, leads)
Build dashboards and summarize weekly performance
Support executive-level reporting
Content & Creative
Develop newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and marketing assets
Create clean, professional visuals aligned with brand standards
Edit and proofread content for clarity and accuracy
Sales Enablement
Support follow-ups from trade shows and customer interactions
Help create sales materials tailored to applications and equipment
Assist with Customer Portal and digital engagement initiatives
Marketing Operations
Maintain and clean contact databases
Support lead generation tools and workflows
Identify ways to improve efficiency and automate tasks
What We’re Looking For
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organization
Analytical mindset with interest in performance data
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a technical/industrial environment
Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Email marketing platforms
CRM & marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot)
Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facelift)
AI tools (content generation, research, automation)
Basic design tools (Adobe, Canva, or similar)
Programming knowledge is a plus
