Job Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Development in HR, this individual will
support efforts that help create an environment where talent can thrive through
growth and impact. The Specialist, Talent Development partners with EMEA
leadership to assess, design, and deliver strategic talent solutions and experiences
that propel career development and performance. They will also ensure our team
is an inclusive, diverse place to work and that everyone can be their authentic
self at work.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global onboarding team to design and deploy org-wide onboarding while managing EMEA-specific deployment needs

  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires by managing communications, responding to questions, troubleshooting onboarding issues, and ensuring an engaging, welcoming experience

  • Coordinate learning program logistics including scheduling, registration, hybrid experience, technology, pre-work/post-work, and program evaluation

  • Leverage technology to ensure an equitable experience for the distributed workforce in both live and virtual learning experiences for all team members

  • Be attentive to recurring areas of confusion for employees; proactively gather feedback and continuously update intranet documentation and resources to improve clarity, consistency, and self-service support

  • Partner with Social Impact and Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging champions to support intake, onboarding, and programming for talent-related efforts with the internal and external EMEA community (i.e., student office visits, service experiences, etc.)

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and build solutions to address these areas, including automation and other process optimizations

Role Requirement:

  • 2+ years of experience in learning development and training, human resources, and/or education, as well as managing projects from planning through delivery

  • Exceptional customer service/collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines

  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals

  • Project management skills and educational acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation utilizing adult learning theory

  • Passion for facilitating change in individuals, teams, and organizations

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative where appropriate

  • Strong collaboration skills to work with team members, internal clients, stakeholders, and management

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, commitment to driving results

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
