We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales for our payroll and HR solutions. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication, and a proven record in closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise sales and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
• Build and maintain CXO-level relationships.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of B2B / enterprise sales experience.
• Preferably from payroll or HR tech industry.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Based in Bangalore.
