Position Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract high‑quality candidates. This role leads sourcing efforts, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Partner utilizes data‑driven insights, market trends, and advanced recruitment tools to advise internal stakeholders and strengthen hiring outcomes. In addition, this position supports internal mobility initiatives, employer branding, and college recruiting efforts, contributing directly to the organization’s mission and overall workforce strategy.


 

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred 

Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, or in a comparable talent acquisition role.

Professional Licensure: HR Certification preferred but not required.

Certification(s): None required

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to support and execute recruitment efforts. 
  2. Manage both external and internal hiring initiatives, including assessing internal talent for advancement opportunities. 
  3. Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including job posting optimization, recruitment marketing, job board management, digital and non‑digital sourcing methods, and comprehensive campaign planning. 
  4. Source qualified candidates for current openings using online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks. 
  5. Proactively build pipelines and identify future talent needs through sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement. 
  6. Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including initial screening, interviews, and offer processes. 
  7. Provide candidates with information regarding benefits, compensation, culture, and work environment. 
  8. Advise hiring managers and HR partners using data‑driven recruitment insights and market trends. 
  9. Utilize social media, job boards, and internet sourcing technologies to attract top talent. 
  10. Develop and maintain college recruiting initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events. 
  11. Use advanced applicant tracking systems to manage candidates from application through onboarding. 
  12. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria for open roles. 
  13. Evaluate candidates using interviews, assessments, portfolio reviews, and reference checks. 
  14. Maintain accurate records, including interview notes and recruitment documentation, to share with key stakeholders. 
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Professional experience in Recruitment or related talent acquisition roles.
  2. Strong familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networking tools.
  3. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  4. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP experience a plus).
  5. Proficiency in LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive sourcing. 
  6. Excellent documentation skills and commitment to staying current with industry trends. 
  7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
