Position Description The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract high‑quality candidates. This role leads sourcing efforts, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Partner utilizes data‑driven insights, market trends, and advanced recruitment tools to advise internal stakeholders and strengthen hiring outcomes. In addition, this position supports internal mobility initiatives, employer branding, and college recruiting efforts, contributing directly to the organization’s mission and overall workforce strategy. | |
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, or in a comparable talent acquisition role. Professional Licensure: HR Certification preferred but not required. Certification(s): None required
