1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，专业不限。
2. 从业经验：8年以上汽车用户研究/市场研究经验。海外项目经验者优先。
3. 业务能力：深耕汽车用研业务，熟悉各类定性定量方法，精通汽车用研体系。
4. 团队管理能力：擅长交付团队管理与人才带教。
5. 客户与商务能力：具备优秀的沟通汇报、需求挖掘能力，可长期维系核心客户关系，提升复购率。
6. 综合素养：目标感强，抗压性和应变性优秀，具备良好的团队协作与管理意识。
7. 工具能力：熟练使用办公软件、常规调研工具及AI工具。
8. 语言能力：英文沟通读写流利，可支撑海外项目对接者优先。
