Pay
Salaried grade 11 or 12
$98,700 - $123,600 / year, depending on experience and qualifications
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Schedule
1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), other hours as needed
Hybrid-remote with at least three days on-site per week

Job Summary
To support our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and long-term leadership stability, McKee Foods is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to join our Corporate Learning and Development team in Collegedale, TN. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of the Talent Lifecycle, you will lead a small team of specialists focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness through robust coaching, mentoring, and succession planning architectures. This role bridges the gap between Talent Acquisition and L&D, ensuring our pipeline of high-potential employees is prepared to lead McKee into the future. A successful candidate will also focus considerable energy on fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that the company remains a learning organization.
Leadership of Coaching and Mentoring Programs:
- Lead an internal coaching and mentoring team
- Design and implement coaching and mentoring programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Development Partnerships:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify key development opportunities for potential candidates during the recruitment process
- Partner with the Recruiting teams to continuously improve interview and assessment effectiveness
- Partner with Learning and Development teams to integrate development programs for new hires to support their onboarding and long-term success
- Partner with McKee Operating System (MOS) facilitators to provide support for coaching individuals and teams
Continuous Improvement in Development:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of succession planning and performance measurement strategies across the organization
- Identify critical roles and create development plans for high-potential employees to prepare them for future leadership positions through mentorship and learning programs
- Develop processes designed around individual coaching, team coaching, and assessments to drive leadership effectiveness
Organizational Development Initiatives:
- Design and implement organizational development strategies, processes, and interventions that support business goals
- Lead projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, including, leadership development, performance improvement initiatives, and the MOS (McKee Operating System)
- Analyze data related to employee engagement, retention, and performance to inform development and organizational strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related field
- At least five years’ related experience
- Ability to travel (air travel) to brand locations as needed (approximately 15%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with coaching related tools and methodologies
- Ability to communicate and give feedback to all levels of leadership
- Advanced degree in a related field
- At least eight years’ related experience
- HoganLead, eQ-I, Myers-Briggs, various 360 tools such as LCP360, CCL360, eQ-I 360 certification(s)
- Experience working on cross-functional projects with larger L&D team
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
