Reporting to the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with professional nursing standards, organizational policies, and the philosophy of care. As a vital member of the healthcare team, the RN is accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive nursing care to support optimal patient outcomes.
