We're hiring to fill a current vacancy, join our team at Optiks International - Calgary - Sarcee Trail NW, as a Patient Services Specialist!
In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, making an impact on people’s lives in a fun, supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-out
- Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts
- Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Support store operations by performing additional duties as required
What You Bring
- Previous retail experience is considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with customers and providing exceptional experiences
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player, able to manage changing priorities effectively
