Job Summary:
Provide SME-level IMS, IGS, Production and Acquisition support to the Polar Security Cutter (PSC) PMO.
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a CAC
Education and Experience:
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Major Acquisition Programs (e.g., DHS/USCG Level I, DoD ACAT I, or equivalent) in a scheduling role.
Essential Duties:
- Update the IGS after key milestone changes
- Review the IGS for discrepancies against the current Baseline
- Review IMS data
- Update Key Milestone Report
- Update organizational IPT Charter documents
- Participate in reviews and draft meeting minutes
- Perform formative and summative evaluations, including pilot studies
- Draft changes to PSC organizational documents
- Update the Lessons Learned Data Base
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess demonstrated expertise in the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of Integrated Master Schedules
- Must be proficient in both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling applications, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
The projected salary range for this position is $110,000-$160,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
