What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and independence
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
