Vantor is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, coordination, quality assurance, and Government interface regarding training events procured.

  • Manage the acquisition of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs.

  • Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers.

  • Solicit and compare quotes from at least two sources for each training event.

  • Submit a vendor recommendation package with justification to the COR for approval.

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.

  • Review deliverables for quality and completeness post-event.

  • Maintain training records and provide monthly reporting on status, cost, and participation.

  • Ensure that training outcomes align with Government-defined learning objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.

  • Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and ESRI ArcGIS exposure and/or, dashboard analytics, or other mission-relevant tools.

  • Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.

  • Proficient in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques.

  • Strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills are required to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.

  • Have knowledge in ESRI ArcGIS or other geospatial analytical tools to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization.

  • Must be knowledgeable in incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international partners, interagency collaboration, and training program assessment is desirable.

Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Washington:$81,000.00 - $173,000.00 annually.
