How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead IT Service Delivery
Oversee help desk and end-user support across a distributed workforce, ensuring high-quality, timely, and reliable service.
Elevate the User Experience
Drive a customer-first mindset, improving responsiveness, communication, and overall satisfaction with IT services.
Establish Performance Standards
Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Advance Business Analytics
Lead reporting, dashboard development, and data strategy to deliver accurate, actionable insights across the organization.
Strengthen Data Governance
Establish standards, best practices, and governance to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
Collaborate Across IT Leadership
Partner with IT Operations to ensure seamless delivery across infrastructure, applications, and service functions.
Guide Strategy and Investment
Contribute to technology strategy, budgeting, and vendor management, aligning IT initiatives with business priorities.
What You Bring to the Team
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of service delivery and/or analytics functions
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into organizational impact
- Experience building relationships and serving as a trusted partner to business leaders
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and governance practices
- Financial understanding to evaluate and communicate the impact of technology decisions
- Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts
Nice to Have:
- Experience with application development, integrations, or automation
- Familiarity with construction technology platforms
