Sr. Mechanical Estimator

Job Summary The Senior Mechanical Estimator is responsible for developing project cost estimates for mechanical trades to include equipment, equipment setting, structural steel installation, piping, and ductwork, to support estimates for complete EPC and Bid-build projects and present them to senior management. This will require a thorough knowledge of the scope of project being performed including multiple trades, the ability to do quantity take-offs from the available documents and provide guidance to enter those into a standardized database. The estimates will need to be organized to meet the Company’s and clients’ expected structure. The ideal candidate will have good organization and communication skills for estimate presentations internally and externally.
