Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of gas supply systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, stable, and high-reliability system performance to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and operate gas supply systems, including Bulk Gas, Specialty Gas, and Distribution Systems

2.Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance (PM), and initial troubleshooting

3.Respond to system abnormalities (e.g., pressure deviations, flow issues, equipment failures) and execute immediate corrective actions

4.Support equipment maintenance, system upgrades, and improvement projects

5.Ensure gas quality compliance (e.g., purity control, contamination management)

6.Execute safety procedures (LOTO, work permits, gas safety protocols)

7.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Equipment, EHS, and contractors to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirements

8.Work in shift rotation (24/7 coverage, including night shifts)
