Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic In-Room Dining team as our In-Room Dining Manager. As the In-Room Dining Manager, you will plan, organize and lead the In-Room Dining team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a thoughtfully curated experience for our guests.
What You Will Do
Select, train, evaluate, and lead In-Room Dining employees and supervisors, fostering a high-performance team that upholds cultural and service standards. Oversee daily operations and operational planning for the outlet.
Maintain a visible presence within the operation, recognize team performance, foster positive guest relations, and effectively address guest, client, and group concerns, complaints, or special requests.
Manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory and cash controls.
What You Bring
3 to 4 years' experience working in Food & Beverage Management, Room Services and Hotel experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Detailed-oriented and organizational skills
TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
Work authorization in the United States required
