As Budget Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sound stewardship of resources that enable children in Malawi to survive, learn, and thrive.Through your professional and accountable performance, you will help ensure compliance with financial and budget management policies and procedures, strengthen internal controls and due diligence, and provide budget managers with the insights they need to make informed decisions. Your contribution will directly support the efficient and effective delivery of programme results for children. In addition, strong budget management helps build and sustain the confidence of development partners, whose support is vital for resource mobilization and continued assistance to vulnerable populations.
