Senior Pressure Washing Technician - Facilities Services - UTK

The Senior Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of aerial lifts, pressure washing equipment, and related cleaning tools to maintain and restore the appearance of campus and facility assets. This position will be the lead for Pressure Washing Technicians to perform advanced exterior cleaning of building surfaces, structures, and associated components using high-pressure washing systems, detergents, degreasers, and specialized cleaning additives. The Senior Pressure Washing Technician assesses cleaning requirements, selects appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals, and ensures all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and departmental standards.
