Position Overview:
The Learning Tree ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and support our clinical team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about staff development, high-quality care, and fostering a collaborative team culture. The Clinical Director will play a key role in guiding BCBAs, maintaining clinical excellence, and ensuring consistency across all services.
This is a hybrid, salaried position structured at 30 hours per week, consisting of a mix of billable and non-billable responsibilities (with flexibility to adjust based on center needs). There is also an opportunity to take on up to an additional 10 billable hours per week at an hourly rate, for those interested in increasing their clinical time.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership & Staff Support:
Provide ongoing clinical support and mentorship to BCBAs
Conduct regular BCBA check-ins to review caseloads, address challenges, and support professional growth
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Ensure clinical practices align with company standards and funder requirements
Team Coordination & Collaboration:
Plan, coordinate, and lead BCBA collaboration meetings
Promote consistency in programming, data collection, and treatment implementation
Facilitate clinical discussions and problem-solving across cases
Assessment & Program Oversight:
Review assessments and treatment plans to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely submission
Support BCBAs in developing and refining individualized treatment plans
Monitor clinical outcomes and provide feedback to improve client progress
Administrative & Operational Support:
Utilize administrative hours to support team needs and center operations
Collaborate with leadership on clinical initiatives, quality assurance, and process improvements
Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification (required)
Minimum of 5 years experience as a BCBA, with center based leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
