Job Description

Objective:

Support route operations by delivering bottled water to residential and commercial customers. The role is responsible for accurate product handling, loading and unloading, and providing courteous customer service, while assisting with cash collection, stock reconciliation, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibility:

Delivery & Supply Support

  • Assist the Route Salesman in executing scheduled in executing scheduled deliveries to residential and commercial customers.
  • Support product placement and promote additional sales opportunities during customer visits
  • Ensure timely completion of delivery routes in line with company standards.

Product Handling & Inventory Management

  • Handle loading & Unloading of products with care and in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • verify product quantities during dispatch and return to maintain accuracy.
  • Contribute to daily stock reconciliation and ensure proper documentation.

Customer Service

  • Deliver Courteous and professional service to all customers.
  • Address routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly.
  • uphold the company's service standards and maintain a positive brand image.

Payment Handling & Reporting 

  • Assist in collecting payment from customer in accordance with company policies.
  • Record transactions accurately and maintain secure handling of cash.
  • support preparation of daily reports on deliveries, collection, and inventory cases.

Desired Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or sales support Physically fit to handle 5-gallon bottles and cartons

Familiarity with route planning for efficient and timely deliveries.

Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Sales-oriented mindset with experience in promoting products and achieving targets.

Good market awareness and ability to report customer feedback.

Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to lead and guide assistants during deliveries.
