Assistant Manager Surgical Services - Full Time - Traverse City, MI

The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Operating Room by collaborating with the Manager to establish impactful goals and objectives, while efficiently overseeing daily department operations. Serving as a trusted resource for patient care and nursing practices, this leadership position ensures staff are supported and empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (or BSN obtained within 3 years of hire) required. MSN preferred

• Certification in specialty area of practice is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

• BCLS required.

• Experience in the clinical area is required.

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
