Responsibilities:
1) Operations will include, but not limited to:
a) Mechanical, electrical, optical assembly and test
b) ESD (Electro Static Discharge) control on the assembly with ESD sensitive component
c) Hands on experience in optical application assembly, alignment and Test
2) Work within Company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, material control and maintain high levels of workmanship and cleanliness.
3) Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing preventative and corrective measures, working with engineering to introduce new products.
4) Highly adaptable approach and willing to transition between department to fulfill evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- GCE 'N' Level, Technical Certificate and above.
- 2 years hands on in Opto-mechanical Assembly.
- Key technical skills include electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, able to interpret technical drawing and Schematic.
- Able to handle lens assembly.
- Discipline, team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Comply to QMEHS (Quality, Environment Safety and health) requirement.
