We're looking for a Director who can help lead what Cobalt builds and how it shows up in the work — a hands-on technology and innovation leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and applied AI.
The role
Reporting to the EVP, Technology & Intelligence, you'll help bring Cobalt's AI and technology vision to life — partnering closely with our creative, content, strategy, media, and account teams to deliver work that wins for clients.
Three areas you'll focus on:

• Product delivery. You'll help shape and execute the product roadmap for Cobalt's AI offerings — capability priorities, releases, and adoption across client engagements
• Cross-discipline partnership. Engineering, applied AI, and data science teams will look to you to set the bar for delivery — and you'll work hand-in-hand with creative, content, strategy, and media leaders to embed AI and technology into the work
• Client engagement. You'll be in the room with senior pharma marketers — pitches, brand-planning sessions, and conferences — explaining what Cobalt's AI and technology can do for their brands and campaigns

• Real scope. You'll have direct ownership of Cobalt's product and technology delivery, alongside the leaders of creative, content, media, and strategy at one of the most respected independents in healthcare
• Hands-on work. Cobalt is sized so you'll stay close to the work, not just manage it
• Strong backing. You'll report to an EVP who will champion your roadmap and give you room to lead
