As a Business Systems Analyst in our Delivery guild, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of business and technology. This role is more technical in nature, working closely with engineering teams and directly with clients to translate complex business needs into requirements which lead to scalable system solutions.

You’ll bring a systems-thinking mindset, leveraging your technical background to ensure requirements are not only clear—but feasible, efficient, and aligned to architecture.

Compensation & Hiring Process

We are recruiting for a current opportunity. The salary range for this role is $85,000 – $125,000. Total compensation may also include additional pay such as bonuses or incentives, depending on the position, and final offers are based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

As part of our hiring process, we may use technology, including AI-based tools, to help summarize and assess applications; these tools assist our team and do not replace human review or decision-making.
