What You'll Do
- Communicate effectively with departments andmaintainaccuraterecords of work, repairs, and material usage
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment, hand tools, and expertise
- Execute repairs, replacements, adjustments, calibrations, assembly, installation, testing, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Inspect and perform daily maintenance on shop machinery, mobile equipment, HVAC systems, PLC networks, and cranes
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, split units, package units, and refrigeration systems
- Operate diagnostic tools such as digital voltmeters, multi-volt meters, and other electronic instruments
- Use SAP maintenance module for documentation, time tracking, and corrective actions
What You'll Need
- Proficient in using precision measurement instruments
- Intermediate understanding of HVAC controls, electrical schematics, motor theory, common electrical tools, and high voltage (+480V)
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, or 3 years in a heavy industrial setting
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, dust, fumes, loud noise, uneven surfaces, elevated areas, and confined spaces
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and steps, and work at heights
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration trade practices
