The Player Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising, and scheduling representatives, monitoring new hire training and onboarding processes, assisting the Marketing department in implementing casino promotions, and representing the casino in a professional manner while providing excellent guest service. develops, implements, and execute casino-oriented promotions, special event programs, tournament activities, and theme parties. Responsible for coordinating in-house hosting of guests and other programs designed to develop and cultivate new and existing high-limit players; ensure proper on-site representation and promotional advertising coordination. Serve as a company internal promotions representative to promote positive team member morale for an extraordinary guest experience.
