Job Description
The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory put-away, and processing returns. This role ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy and an organized, safe work environment.
Pay: $20/hr
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and within established timelines
- Prepare shipments, generate shipping labels, and coordinate with carriers
- Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities and product condition
- Perform accurate inventory put-away and maintain proper stock organization
- Process returns, including inspection, grading, and restocking of items
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as applicable)
- Follow standard operating procedures to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals
- Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change based on business needs

- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of work experience in shipping and/or inventory control.
- Experience in the building materials distribution industry
- Basic knowledge of shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and their logistics processes, preferred.
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook, preferred.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States.
