MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED FOR THE JOB)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED, NOT A REQUIREMENT)

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.

  • Exposure to digital platforms, data governance, and technology demand management processes.

EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED FOR THE JOB)

  • 5–8 years’ experience in digital transformation, execution, data, analytics, or technology roles.

  • Experience working across multi-country or complex organisational environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in performance reporting, governance rhythms, and stakeholder coordination.

SKILLS ANDKNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Execution and performance management

Developing practical tracking mechanisms, governance routines, and performance reporting.

Demand management and prioritisation

Ability to shape, triage, and prioritise requests based on value, urgency, dependencies, and capacity constraints.

Reporting and insight synthesis

Ability to build dashboards, consolidate inputs, and synthesize themes into decision-ready reporting.

Stakeholder management and coordination

Ability to coordinate across countries and group teams without direct authority, driving clarity and follow-through.

Strong analytical capability to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.

Communication and presentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear packs for governance forums.

Planning and reporting discipline

Establish and maintain disciplined tracking, reporting, and governance routines that enable predictable execution.

Cross-functional coordination

Align stakeholders and manage dependencies to enable delivery across multi-team environments.

Commercial and value orientation

Maintain focus on ROI, value outcomes, and prioritisation that supports regional business performance.

Governance and standards

Support adherence to standards and controls, and escalate gaps with clear recommendations.

The DDA Enablement & Reporting Specialist supports the execution and oversight of the DDA implementation across OMAR countries. The role ensures alignment between country initiatives and desired return on investment, coordinates digital and data demand between countries and Group platforms, and provides reporting and governance oversight to enable consistent delivery of digital capabilities and value across the region.

Responsibilities

Digital strategy oversight and execution support

  • Support implementation and monitoring of the OML digital assets across OMAR countries.

  • Ensure alignment of country DDA initiatives with Group digital priorities.

  • Provide oversight and insight into country progress, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support development and tracking of digital capability maturity across markets.

Strategic KPI reporting and performance tracking

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for the DDA function.

  • Provide analytical insights and performance reporting to DDA leadership and governance forums.

  • Consolidate digital performance reporting across OMAR markets.

Demand management and coordination

  • Act as the demand management interface between OMAR countries and Group digital and data teams.

  • Coordinate country platform requirements and prioritisation into Group roadmaps.

  • Facilitate structured intake, tracking, and governance of DDA demand from countries.

  • Ensure transparency of demand pipelines, delivery timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Standards, governance, and assurance support

  • Support oversight of adherence to Group digital, data, and technology standards across OMAR markets.

  • Monitor compliance with digital architecture, platform, and data governance guidelines.

  • Identify gaps and recommend actions to strengthen consistency and best practice adoption.

  • Support governance forums related to digital implementation and transformation.

Stakeholder engagement and communication

  • Collaborate with country DDA teams, business leaders, and Group digital teams to ensure effective coordination.

  • Facilitate communication and alignment between regional and Group stakeholders.

  • Support the Head of DDA with briefings, decision packs, and reporting.
