Emergency Roadside Service Technician

Develop all related skills and complete training necessary to provide elite roadside assistance on member service requests. Scope of training to include but not limited to battery service, lockout, fuel calls, and towing and recovery services as needed. Learn to promote AAA business lines and products to ensure member awareness. This position begins in a trainee role, with advancement to a full position upon successful completion of the training program.
