We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing data management and information flow within the organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
Responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for new and existing employees. The primary focus will be on enhancing employee knowledge of company policies, procedures, and operational systems to ensure optimal performance and service delivery. Collaborating with the Documentation Team regarding SOPs creating, updates, etc. Collaborating with Operations, Project Management Team, etc. as needed. Serve as a mentor for new trainers.
Bachelor�s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or related field. High School Diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development, financial institution operations, customer service, and/or annuity service operations
