JOB SUMMARY:The Dedicated Fleet Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operational and financial performance of assigned customer accounts, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service execution. This role manages daily driver and load activity, partners closely with customers and internal teams, and drives operational excellence through proactive communication, safety leadership, and disciplined decision-making that supports se
