Division Manager to Direct Support Professionals

The Division Manager (DM) directly supervises Associate Division Managers and job coaches. The DM also plans and coordinates individualized support to clients. The DM believes that all adults can live and work in the community given the support they need to be successful. The DM must have the ability to work well with TMI employees, client’s circle of support (family members, friends, community members, etc.), community resources, the Department of Rehabilitation, and the Regional Center.
