WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Would you like to play an active role in shaping digital product development in the automotive industry? Are you familiar with ALM tools and do you enjoy refining processes and methodologies? Then you’ve come to the right place.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for the ALM tools Codebeamer & Polarion and will support our clients in the design, implementation and application of these tools in vehicle development. You will work closely with project teams and clients, analyse requirements and develop solutions that make processes more efficient and transparent.

• You will advise our clients on the implementation and use of Codebeamer & Polarion in vehicle development.

  You will analyse customer needs and requirements and develop suitable methodological concepts.

• You will contribute your expert knowledge of development processes and product creation to the further development of the tool landscape.

• You will take on areas of responsibility independently and develop into the person in charge of a specific topic.

• You will actively help shape core vehicle development processes at the customer’s site and implement them in Codebeamer & Polarion.

• You will work on innovative topics such as the use of AI in the context of ALM.

• You will identify requirements and needs, ensure quality criteria are met, and optimise processes in the relevant development area.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have a degree in a technical subject – e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, product engineering – or hold a comparable qualification (e.g. technical diploma).

• You have excellent knowledge of Codebeamer & Polarion – not only in terms of usage, but also administration. You know how to configure workflows, manage permissions and support teams in using the tools efficiently.

• You are familiar with current standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity).

• You have experience in process development and can implement this in Codebeamer & Polarion – e.g. in the areas of requirements specifications, architecture or testing.

• You think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly get to grips with new topics.

• You communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner, and deal with challenges constructively.

• You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and take on responsibility.

• You have a high proficiency level of German, written and spoken – this is a prerequisite for the role. Good English skills would be an advantage.
