Job Description

Objective:

 

  • Develop and take ownership of functional concepts for EVRA features; define and manage validation and release plans; conduct system testing and data analysis (onsite and via automation tools)
  • Lead technical collaboration with cross-domain teams (e.g., E-drive, navigation, UI) for concept optimization, feature integration, and issue resolution; maintain strong stakeholder network (internal/external/global)
  • Conduct competitive benchmark analysis and monitor technology trends related to E-drive and range optimization; provide strategic insights to guide future product development
  • Support development and integration of range assist features, including map data handling and predictive energy strategy validation
  • Create system and functional requirements, define use cases, and develop tools/scripts for automated test execution and result evaluation
  • Support calibration and measurement activities using tools such as ETAS INCA and CANape; contribute to test setup and data acquisition processes

 

Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
  • Working experience in automotive or telematics development, preferably focused on:

 BEV / PHEV / REEV architecture

 Energy/consumption/charging management

 Navigation or ADAS-related E-drive feature development

 System testing, data analysis, and automation

  • Experience using calibration tools such as ETAS INCA, CANape, and standard automotive measurement equipment
  • Familiarity with model-based development, e.g., MATLAB/Simulink
  • Good understanding of vehicle electrical systems, E/E architectures, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.)
  • Proficiency in interpreting and developing system requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment to delivering quality results
