About this opportunity:
We in Radio Carrier Control (RCC) are looking for 5G/6G Radio Software Developers to join our team. RCC is part of the Product Engineering Group (PEG) within the Control Software (CSW) team of the Product Engineering Unit (PEU) for Radio Unit (RU) Software — a capability-driven organization dedicated to the end-to-end development and delivery of software running on Radio Units. PEU RU Software strives to be the most competitive radio R&D unit in the industry. In this role, you will be involved across the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system and architecture design, software design, integration and verification, simulation, tooling, product lifecycle support, and technical documentation. With core capabilities in carrier management, beamforming, antenna calibration, and interference management, we develop cutting-edge radio solutions spanning Massive MIMO, mmWave, Classic Radio, O-RAN, and energy efficiency technologies — supporting global telecom operators and laying the groundwork for the 6G era.
What you will do:
- 5G/6G Mobile Network System SW Development, including AI Radio and Programmable network/Radio technologies
- 5G/6G RU Software requirement analysis, system design, integration, and verification
- Develop and test high-quality products
- Drive continuous improvements of products, processes, and development workflows
- Develop and strengthen technical competence in advanced radio technologies and AI-enabled systems
The skills you bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (Computer Engineering, IT, Info & Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, etc.); Master's degree is a plus
- 5–10 years of SW development experience (Master's research may count as experience)
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Unix/Linux-based development
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in leveraging AI tools or coding assistants to improve development productivity is a plus.

- Experience in large-scale or global projects
