Job Description:

The Business Advancement Specialist supports Wellness Advocates by providing excellent customer service, education, and day-to-day assistance as they grow their doTERRA business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and building positive relationships in a fast-paced team environment.
The Specialist works closely with Wellness Advocates up to the Premier rank level to answer questions, explain company programs and policies, and provide encouragement and support throughout their business journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, timely support to Wellness Advocates through phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Help Wellness Advocates understand the doTERRA compensation plan and company programs.

  • Answer general questions related to rankings, commissions, placements, and policies.

  • Monitor rank advancements and assist with recognition and follow-up communication.

  • Support exception request processing and ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with conference call coordination, scheduling, and follow-up communication.

  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive Wellness Advocate experience.

  • Provide additional team support and project assistance as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.

  • Previous customer service, administrative, call center, retail, or direct sales experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with the direct selling industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Full-time availability required.
