The Field and Technical Support Engineer assists customers throughout the installation phase of open air steel structures by providing technical guidance and addressing matters as they arise. The position works collaboratively with Engineering, Sales, Design, and Manufacturing to support field needs and help ensure the product meets customer expectations and quality standards.
