Mission |

Responsibilities The mission consists of supporting the Training & Competency team while contributing to cross-functional engineering activities, including:
-Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and LMS-related activities (Alstom University Platform – Riyadh). -Contribute to the preparation and analysis of training reports, KPIs, and Dashboards using LMS tools and Power PI. -Act as a coordination point between the Training Department and other departments (Production, Operations, HR, etc.) to support training and competency requirements. -Participate in cross-functional projects by providing analytical, administrative, and technical support related to engineering and operational activities. -Assist in identifying training needs through collaboration with different departments and support in aligning them with organizational objectives. -Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of training materials and learning solutions. -Support the organization and coordination of external training sessions, including communication with suppliers and service providers when needed. -Ensure compliance with ALSTOM procedures and standards. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Training Department and support innovation in learning approaches. |

Educational Requirements Computer Diploma holder or similar qualification Languages: Fluent English, other Languages is a plus.
