Job Description
Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Foreman to join their team in Ontario! The Foreman is responsible for the supervision of Field Technicians for their specified region. The role ensures that Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and that the work is performed on time, efficiently and within budget. Responsible for the successful completion of field projects, from job scope to job completion.

- Lead, train, support, and mentor Field Service team members to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Maintain and enforce all confined space entry, emergency response, and site-specific safety procedures.
- Organize and coordinate field crews, assign work activities, and ensure all required personnel, equipment, and resources are available on-site.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and manage change orders, ensuring proper approvals are obtained before additional work is performed.
- Respond to emergency situations as required and participate in on-call rotations, travel assignments, and both scheduled and unscheduled work.
- Accurately complete and submit daily field reports, worksheets, and documentation required for billing and project tracking.
- Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met on assigned projects and worksites.
- Promptly report and document all work-related incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum Class G license holder with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Class AZ/DZ license is a strong asset.
- 3 years of experience in a Foreman or similar leadership role.
- Experience in Environmental Field Services is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical handling, industrial waste management, and emergency response procedures is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manpower and equipment requirements, with the ability to train, mentor, and develop field technicians.
- Ability to work independently, travel as required, participate in on-call rotations, and support both scheduled and emergency response work.
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test and maintain a clean-shaven appearance as required for respirator fit testing.
