Account Acquisition Management
Acquire On-premise Major account when due and upon approval from CLTs, minimizing major account moving to competitor.
Account Development
Develop Activation programs based on Company's long term & short-term objectives. Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results. Maximised MKT & other resources to deliver expected growth for sales, NSR and PROFIT for CCBVL and respective customers.
Build PicOS per channel. Work with brand team/ marketing team to initiate new way of merchandising. Negotiate with customers to have best merchandising execution
Sharing best practices from KO system for each and every customer to bring world class of marketing & activation cases to VN.
Customer business analysis/development/management. Half year business review with key customers/ Annual business review with small customers. Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyse/ review customers’ volume/ margin
Performance management
Deliver Key Account on premise sales volume & NSR. Work closely with Region KA teams to monitor weekly/monthly volume. Ensure No Bad Debt and minimise AR overdues.
Establish and develop close business relationship with key stake holders of each and every customer, leading multi tiers relationship between CCBVL CLTs and management team of customers.
People Development
Build KA team capability both national & regional. Trainings provided to both National & Regional teams. On the job training/coaching.
