Job Description
Responsible for generating revenue by conducting sales transactions with guests in a variety of indoor and outdoor Merchandise locations throughout Universal Orlando property, which may include stores, games, and vending. Individuals are also responsible for upholding Universal Orlando's guest/customer service standards, interacting positively with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, upselling the featured items as noted for each location, and maintaining their respective service area, including the replenishment of supplies.
