Superintendent

SUS is seeking a Superintendent for their residential program building in the Bronx.   SCOPE OF ROLE  The Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and safety of the assigned building. This role ensures all building systems function properly, resident concerns are addressed promptly, and the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and compliant condition.
