As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team of security professionals in a college setting, ensuring campus safety operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. You will collaborate with personnel across multiple departments and shifts in a fast-paced, dynamic educational environment where professionalism, communication, and sound decision-making are essential.

Responsibilities for Shift Supervisor
- Lead a team of on-site security guards
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
- Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- All other related duties
Qualifications for Shift Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC Security License
- Excellent leadership skills
- 1 number of years of experience in security team management
- Intermediate First Aid (OFA2) - required
