COTA - PRN

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist in planning and implementing occupational therapy programs for our University Woods campus (West Madison) and Prairie Ridge campus (East Madison) facility. Responsibilities include data gathering for evaluations, assessments, implementation of treatment programs and follow-up to maximize each resident’s ability to function independently in their activities of daily living.

This Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is accountable to the Director of Rehabilitation.
