EDI Operations Specialist

If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex data quality issues, the EDI Operations Specialist role might be your ideal next step. In this role, you’ll take ownership of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of EDI data, which is critical for timely and informed business decision-making. Acting as a subject matter expert in policies, coverage, and proprietary systems, you'll validate and analyze claims data and partner with internal stakeholders and external TPAs to resolve anomalies. You’ll lead root cause investigations of data quality problems, implement solutions, and provide guidance to peers while maintaining client-specific coding, mapping, and cross-reference data.
