The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving workplace concerns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and tribal employment laws. Serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, this role provides expert guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance matters.
